Maintenance Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Maintenance Apprentice to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals to learn and develop skills in the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about building a career in maintenance and eager to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in routine inspections and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Learn to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues under supervision.
- Participate in the installation and assembly of new equipment.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, including repairing structures and fixtures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Attend training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
