**Job Purpose**

The role of SPA Therapist is to be responsible is to provide a range of massages, beauty treatments and wellness therapies to SPA guests based on their needs and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering body and facial services in adherence to the SPA menu and standard operating procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.
- Ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until after their spa services, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively promoting SPA services and products to enhance guests' overall well-being, contributing to revenue growth.
- Actively pursue the acquisition of new skills and knowledge, while also attending scheduled training sessions facilitated by the manager.
- Comply diligently with the grooming standards, rules, and regulations set forth by the SPA.
- Upholding a clean, pleasantly scented, and hygienic massage environment, prioritizing guest comfort and safety.
- Setting and achieving personal targets, diligently tracking progress, and taking ownership of results.
- Collaborating with team members across all aspects of SPA operations, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Cultivating a positive atmosphere where teamwork thrives, contributing to overall staff morale and guest satisfaction.
- Your role extends beyond mere limitations; it encompasses supporting the seamless operation of the SPA, aiming for zero complaints and ensuring utmost guest satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**
- Age between 21 to 50 years old
- Has done Massage certificate / Diploma in Massage Therapy / MLVK / CIBTAC OR any certificate related to Spa / Beauty / Massage
- 2 years above, preferably in Hotel SPA
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (optional)
- Open to Malaysians only
- Work location: Saujana Hotel SPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
