**Requirement**
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in Food & Beverage services management or equivalent.
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to shoulder work pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with others.
- Leads shifts and actively participates in the servicing of events.
- Set up banquet area/room with proper furniture/equipment.
- To monitor and supervise all banquet set-up functions and seminars to meet guest needs.
- Inspect and ensure the table set up and cleanliness meet group requirements and company standards.
- Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
- Ensure that all preparations are ready before the start of the function.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints during the function.
- Resolve any upcoming problems.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)
