Gadek Nursery is a nursery based in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan & Cheras, Selangor offering a wide variety of high-quality plants and gardening supplies. Specializing in ornamental, flowering and fruit-bearing plants, we provide expert advice and products to help homeowners, gardening enthusiasts, and landscapers create beautiful green spaces, and now are currently looking for a **Digital Media Strategist** to join our team with a passion and a good quality content to entertain customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the social media.
- Develop strategies for online marketing campaign.
- Keep updated with social media trends, research.
- Develop and plan ongoing content developments.
- Create social media advertisements.
- Monitor the metrics and engagements.
- Engage with customers (complaints, comments, feedbacks).
- Confident and comfortable to talk in front of a camera.
- Planning and scheduling social media post (weekly planning, posting daily).
- Responsible in create contents and updating social media sites.
- Analyzing and reporting social media trends (weekly).
- Constantly updated on the latest marketing trends.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience in creating content for social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and websites.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability error-free content.
- Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Proficient and skilled in promoting content through advertising on social media platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail in content presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, including marketing, design and sales team.
- Energetic and have bubbly personalities (easygoing).
- Patience.
