TERM**:Contract for 3-6 months before permanent conversion** (depends on good performance).

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Turn-Mill machines, Deburring and Rod Polishing station, with timely delivery of all products in required quality and at reasonable cost level.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement process and maintain 5S at work environment to increase the productivity and maintain safety.
- Timely perform maintenance and calibration on machines, equipment, gauges, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures according to schedule including control properties of cutting fluids (ph value, concentration etc.)
- Properly setup and handle Turn-Mill machines, cutting tools, jigs / fixture and parts with correct program and parameters for Turn-Mill machining, deburring and gauging processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- PSDC or JMTI Level 2-3 certification are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of machining experience in **CNC Turning**, preferably with **Turn-Mill machines using Fanuc, Siemens, or Okuma controllers.**:

- Proficient in tool management, including tool life monitoring, tool presetting, and tool stock control.
- Experienced in Turn-Mill process planning, including clamping, tool selection, and programming preparation.
- Skilled in using measuring equipment such as gauges, profile projectors, and CMM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
