Valet Crew

**Job Responsibility**:

- Greeting guests of the establishment.
- Parking customers vehicles safely.
- Retrieving vehicles for guests in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that parked vehicles are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.
- To manage cash collection on daily basis.
- To collect payment from customers and validate their tickets.
- To handle on lost ticket issue.
- To ensure all cash is counted, reconciled and matches with clearance report.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic IT knowledge
- Posses valid driver's license.
- No prior traffic offenses.
- Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 6 working days in a week.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
