**Responsibilities**:
**Job Description**:

- Assist in managing invoices entry in the accounting system.
- Assist in reconciliation of invoices according to supplier Statement of Account (SOA).
- Assist to prepare statutory & supplier payments, staff claims & petty cash reimbursements.
- Handle record keeping and filing of financial/accounting documents on a daily/weekly basis.
- General data entry and administration work.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for clients using accounting software.
- Support daily accounting activities and monthly closing of accounts.
- Assist in updating and maintaining detailed records of the company's financial transactions.
- Ensure accounting and administration documents are filed systematically.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to finance and accounting.

**Requirements**:

- Independent and possess good communication skills.
- A good team player, proactive, and self-motivated
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skill: Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Able to operate SQL accounting software (added advantages)

**Benefits**:

- Internship allowance: RM 600.00/month
- Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
- Near to LRT & MRT Maluri

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 per month
