**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Create various forms of social media content - text captions, videos, and images that is suitable for the various social media platforms, Google, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Shoot, monitor, publish and ensure post/projects are delivered according to expected quality and standards and timeline
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
- Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Manage company's social media accounts
- Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness
- Responsible for video shooting, editing, product, and event photo shooting.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned and when required

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-5 year of experience as a Social Media Manager, Videographer/Photographer or a similar role.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, or related field.
- Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Ability to work with creative tools - Adobe, AI, Capcut
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
- Good understanding of social media ads
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Primarily based in Puncak Alam, but must be open to working outstation as needed by business requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
