Responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth management of all aspects of human resources, both operationally & tactically.
- Recruit and hire new employees, responsible for end-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage payroll and some administrative works.
- Manage training and development initiatives
- Keep track of employee performance
- Manage and improve communication, handle conflicts, disciplinary actions and terminations
- Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees and provide appropriate HR advice and coaching to employees when necessary
- Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines
- Work closely with Country Manager, Regional HR team to drive & execute HR topics

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and demonstrated ability in providing HR solutions
- Good interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Good organizational skills and effective team player
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and handle diverse issues
- Ability to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization

Language required: English & Mandarin (Able to communicate effectively with the customer and HQ in China)

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
