**Responsibilities**:
Nursing Leadership: Guide, teach, and mentor nursing staff and assistant nurses to uphold high professional standards.

Complaint Resolution: Utilize excellent soft skills to address and manage patient and family concerns effectively and professionally.

Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and lead quality improvement initiatives within the Centre.

Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate patient care delivery and the Centre's operational functions.

Collaboration with Management: Work closely with management to align nursing services with the company’s vision and direction.

Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills to support nurse development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle patient and family concerns.
- Solid understanding of quality improvement principles and tools.
- Ability to think critically and act decisively in challenging situations.
- Registered Nurse qualification and a valid practicing certificate.
