Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations activities.
- Organize and maintain aproper admin filling system
- Managing the office supplies and facility equipment
- To assist on any other ad-hoc assignments from management.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of working experience as Admin
- Able to speak **Cantonese** is a must as have to follow up with Hong Kong Director
**Working time**:
- Can choose WFH / Work in office / Hybrid but must visit office min once a month for document printing and filing
