Requirements:

- Age 23-40 years
- Preferably with more 2 years of working experience in paint industry.
- Have strong leadership skills, good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive work attitude and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience/like to do research, testing and fabricating.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ISO implementation or as an ISO Coordinator/Executive/Officer.
- Hands-on experience of the following: ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
- Familiar with audit techniques and corrective action methodologies.
- Able to work independently and across departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation, and assist in developing improvement process.
- Conduct preparation work for testing and production trial run.
- Collaborate with departments for production run arrangement and process adjustment.
- Monitoring & data collection on process conditions.
- Perform site survey, hands-on operation R&D testing equipment, and measurements using appropriate engineering tools and methods.
- Records and compilation of in-process conditions & R&D database input.
- Create, maintain and secure all relevant R&D documents i.e. formulations, reports of project, manufacturing procedures, and specifications.
- To develop, update, maintain and control ISO documentation in accordance with the standard requirements, ensuring version control, secure accessibility, and full compliance.
- To coordinate activities necessary to maintain continuous certification of the company’s ISO Management System in accordance with applicable ISO standards.
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
