**Position: Project Supervisor**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Project Managers in the implementation of projects in the field as necessary
- To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of project and to carry out associated administrative duties
- To be responsible for the documentation of project in accordance with standards and procedures
- To assist with the design and successful completion of a project within budget and agreed timescale
- To supervise and undertake projects in accordance with policies, procedures and standards
- To direct the work of a multi-disciplinary project team and to provide members of the team with appropriate encouragement, guidance and feedback on that work in accordance with relevant project documentation
- To ensure that site records and summaries are maintained in accordance with procedures
- To be professional and polite at all times and to uphold the standards, values and reputation of the company in all team, client and public interactions
- To contribute to and support positive morale within teams
- Other duties appropriate to the post as may be required

**POSITION REQUIREMENT**:

- Substantial practical experience

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the design process, including colour and materials, and specifications
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and customer service
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written & communication
- Understanding and experience of Health & Safety

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 per month
