**Duties and Responsibility**:
- Assisting in the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. Providing clerical and administrative support to HOD.
- **Hiring** - Handling staff onboarding & offboarding process including issuance of company properties, uniforms, etc.
- **Benefits & Administration**:
- Coordinate with Group HR to monitor on the insurance coverage.
- Verify and administer staff medical expenses and claims. Ensure the expenses are within their pre-set maximum accordingly. Report any exceeds expenses to superior.
- Verify and administer staff leave record; record tracking, re-solve if there are any discrepancies, ensuring their usage are as per their entitlement.
- Administer and co-ordinate official travel arrangement, air ticket & accommodations.
- **Stock Management **- Always ensure that stock availability in hand is sufficient (eg: Uniforms, stationery, company assets etc.) and monitor inventory movement and ensure it is tally with the report.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD / management
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to listen and follow instructions
- Able to effectively manage own workload and time to maximize output
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- General knowledge of HR the best practices would be an advantage
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
