Operation Trainer

Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials such as manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), presentation slides, and quizzes.
- Creating and uploading courses (videos, documents, quizzes, etc)
- Managing user accounts and learning paths
- Tracking training completion and assessment results
- Generating and analyzing training reports for management
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, observation, performance data, and assessments.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training needs.
- Support onboarding programs for operational employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Provide coaching or remedial training for employees when necessary.
- Ensure all training programs comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
- Stay current with changes in operational procedures, technologies, and training best practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
