**Jobscope: Kitchen Crew - Bumbu Babah Nasi Padang**

Ringkasan Peranan Sebagai Kitchen Crew, anda bertanggungjawab menyediakan makanan yang dihantar dari Central Kitchen untuk disajikan kepada pelanggan. Semua masakan berkuah telah dimasak di Central Kitchen — tugas anda adalah melakukan proses goreng, penyediaan ringkas, dan memastikan makanan dihidang segar, berkualiti, serta mengikut piawaian Bumbu Babah.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**

**1. Menerima & Menyemak Pesanan dari Central Kitchen**
- Mengambil dan memeriksa makanan yang dihantar mengikut order yang dibuat oleh Manager.
- Memastikan semua makanan dalam keadaan segar, cukup kuantiti, dan disimpan dengan betul.

**2. Penyediaan Awal (Prep) Sebelum Operasi Dibuka**
- Merebus telur dan memotongnya untuk dimasukkan ke dalam gulai.
- Memotong dan menyediakan sayur untuk dimasukkan dalam gulai atau hidangan lain.
- Menyusun bahan goreng dan lauk di stesen mengikut keperluan harian.

**3. Proses Memasak & Menggoreng**
- Menggoreng lauk seperti ayam goreng, ikan, dan lain-lain mengikut arahan piawaian.
- Memastikan gorengan rangup, tidak berminyak berlebihan, dan disediakan tepat pada waktunya untuk dihidang segar.
- Mengawal suhu minyak dan memastikan kualiti konsisten.

**4. Penyediaan Hidangan Berkuah**
- Memanaskan gulai, rendang, atau lauk berkuah dari Central Kitchen sebelum waktu operasi.
- Memastikan kuah sentiasa panas pada suhu selamat dan rasa terjaga.

**5. Menjaga Kebersihan Dapur**
- Membersihkan kawasan memasak, peralatan, dan sinki secara berkala.
- Menguruskan sisa minyak goreng dan sampah mengikut prosedur kebersihan.

**6. Pengurusan Stok Dapur**
- Menyimpan bahan mentah dan makanan dari Central Kitchen dengan betul (peti sejuk/chiller/freezer).
- Melaporkan stok yang hampir habis kepada Manager supaya pesanan dapat dibuat awal.

**7. Mematuhi SOP & Keselamatan Makanan**
- Memakai uniform dapur lengkap (topi/penutup kepala, apron, sarung tangan).
- Mengamalkan kebersihan diri dan memastikan semua makanan selamat dimakan.
- Mematuhi arahan Manager atau Supervisor sepanjang masa.
