To plan and prepared production schedule for in house on customer orders received from Sales Department.
- To monthly calculate and run the MRP (Material Resourced Planning) based SO/BA from Sales Department.
- To analyze production line capacity versus demand, and performs calculations to determine any additional resources needed in order to meet the demand.
- Require strong attention to details, proven and confident decision making with excellent communication skills.
- Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the Work Order to ensure shipments to customers are on time.
- Prepare and submit relevant reporting in timely manners.
- To ensure production plan and finished goods inventory is aligned with material and capacity forecast.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse.
- Ensure all customer’s ECNs (Engineering Change Notice) are implemented and monitored in a timely manner.
- To prepare and review production plan forecast vs actual analysis. To propose necessary action to management to align back the finished goods stock turnover back to healthy stock level.
- To prepare and review Monthly Production Plan vs Actual Report and update with action to be taken to reduce aged stock in finished goods store.
- To manage additional or ad-hoc demand to be planned, to ensure correct set-up.
- To effectively manage New Product based on line readiness as well as capacity study.
- To effectively manage New Product based on line readiness as well as capacity study.
- To effectively manage End of Life (EOL) activity, to ensure no excess stock in plant.
- Coordinate with other departments on related issues to ensure no excess stock in plant.

- To undertake any other projects as assigned by superiors from time to time.
