Job scope
- Monitor and execute financial strategy of the Group by providing commercial insights, strategic analysis and leadership on financial reporting
- Assist in formulating the company’s future direction through providing input on the company’s business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction
- Manage the accounting department
- Oversee the financial operations of the company
- Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
- Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues the board of directors
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts; arrange for debt and equity financing
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the directors
- Drive the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital requirements
- Manage relationships with banks
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary
- Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company
- Responsible to implement and manage Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring the effectiveness and operational ready for the Group and its business units.
- Ensure that our overall costs are competitive

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance will be preferred
- CA/CFA is a must
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the role of a Financial Controller/ Manager
- Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.
- Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills, self-motivated, proactive, analytical, meticulous

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
