- Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Analyze marketing performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based channels.
- Create compelling content, messaging, and creative assets that align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Manage and monitor campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop initiatives that promote the company’s values and mission.
- Collaborate with sales, design, product, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing direction, feedback, and support.
- Analyze website and social media performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Implement lead generation strategies to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and industry trends.
- Use data to drive decisions, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Organize and execute trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Manage event logistics, planning, and coordination.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
