**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier Customer Service. We are looking for a reliable and guest-oriented Cashier to manage transactions and support the smooth operation of our restaurant.

The individual in this role will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering inquiries, managing the cash register, ensuring accurate cash handling, and assisting with product exchanges and returns.

**Job Requirements**:

- Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage billing processes including payments, voids, and cancellations in line with company policies.
- Maintain an accurate cash float and reconcile transactions at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Ensure the POS system and cashier drawer are secure and not left unattended.
- Upsell food and beverage items where appropriate based on guest preferences.
- Provide menu guidance with a clear understanding of dietary restrictions and promotions.
- Support the team during service periods and assist with floor duties when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cashier station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Support other front-of-house duties as needed.

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Able to remain calm and professional during busy service hours.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Team player who can collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Min. Qualification High School Diploma, Foundation Studies or equivalent
