**Requirements**:

- Ability to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience with installation and maintenance of electronic equipment (training will be provided for our specific systems).
- Proficiency in woodworking is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects and assignments within established timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address technical issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair digital locks and access control systems at customer locations.
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with digital locks and access control systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on digital locks and access control systems.
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone, or in-person.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide technical expertise to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools needed for installations and service calls.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
