**Penerangan Kerja** - Calon yang terpilih hendaklah melaporkan diri ke hub pada jam 8.00 pagi. - Diperlukan untuk mengendalikan skop kerja yang diberikan di bawah. - Keseluruhan proses hendaklah dibimbing dan dilatih oleh Ketua Hub - Operasi hendaklah setiap hari kecuali Cuti Umum. - Setiap delivery crew akan mendapat 1 hari cuti setiap minggu, yang akan dijadualkan oleh Ketua Hub secara bergilir pada hari Jumaat, Sabtu, Ahad & Isnin. **Skop Job-Flow** - SORTING: Terlibat dalam pengasingan parcel mengikut area zone. - SCAN & DISPATCH: Proses scan parcel ke dalam ID Delivery Crew - DELIVERY: Menghantar parcel ke alamat customer (rumah / pejabat / komersial) - COD COLLECTION: Mengutip wang tunai daripada customer untuk parcel COD - DEPOSIT RAZOR: Membuat bayaran di 7 Eleven melalui Sistem Razor - RETURN PARCEL: Baki parcel yang gagal dihantar perlu pulang ke hub - ROUTE: Semua route adalah tidak kekal; crew harus belajar semua route.
