**1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.1. Carry out IQC, IPQC, OQC, on raw material, products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

1.2. Lead and manage the Machine buy-off process and verify packaging activity before shipment

1.3. Document and report inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and logs.

1.4. Based on lessons learned from both Internal and external failure analysis, use the one-point lesson or Quality Alert template to communicate among all the stakeholder to ensure they aware issues. Follow by sign off the training records.

1.5. Identify and monitor defects and discrepancies to support continuous improvement efforts.

1.6. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

1.7. Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and performance.

1.8. Train and guide production staff in quality control procedures and protocols.

1.9. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.

1.10. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.

1.11. Strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records of quality testing results, deviations, and corrective actions taken for future reference and continuous improvement

**2. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)**

2.1. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and knowledge in GDNT

2.2. To use variety of precision measuring instruments such as CMM,profilometer,indicators, height gauge, micro-meters and any other inspection gauges.

2.3. Ability to prepare graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis as needed.

2.4. Able to work in shift and overtime whenever required.

2.5. Must able to support 6S and continuous improvement activities.

**3. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

3.1. Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline is required, Mechanical engineering background is a plus or related field.

3.2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in Quality department of Automation,Machine Maker,Tooling Industries or Contract manufacturer industry also is preferred.

3.3. Proficiency or knowledge in ERP,MES,Agile or any relevant shopfloor system is preferred.

3.4. Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English (to communicate with oversea’s customers and vendors).

3.5. Work is performed primarily in a standard office and production environment.

3.6. Physical Demands (i.e., lifting, kneeling, crouching, climbing) Work may require the ability to lift 10-20 pounds infrequently.

3.7. Ability to talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time may be required.

3.8. Environmental Exposure (cleanroom, noise levels, electrical or chemical exposure) May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computers etc.

3.9. Overnight Travel (10% of time) Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
