**Responsibilities**: - Fully responsible and leading the Plastic Mould Recondition section. - Mould design recondition, modification, process planning, guiding vendors, machining follow up, part inspection, fitting, assembling etc. - Modified Mould maintenance & trouble shooting for mismatching, flashing, sink mark, weld line etc. - Examining recondition of Plastic Mould, repairing cracks and holes, removing residue blemishes, corrosion, and similar defect from interior of Mould. - Re-engineering and recondition Plastic Mould which is not used. - Instruct mold design changes if necessary and mandatory consent of the head of and certified by the relevant client. To fabricate Mould part and repair of Mould structures those are damage or broken using Plasma Arc Welding method. - To do machining process such as Milling/Lathe/Grinding and other technique/methods to repair defects and smooth interior of Mould according to the need. To do pre-weld analysis using procedures in order to prevents mistakes that could lead to cracking and scrapping a Mould part before repairing or modified. - To do large mold recondition, repairing, modified and testing of every component specifications using difference welding method such as Plasma Arc Welding, TIG welding and so on. - To provide guidance to local workers on recondition by repairing and maintenance the various types of Mould according to a modification of the trend in recent times. Trouble shooting on scrap Mould in order to re-production. - Ensure & maintenance of machine tools in the tool room maintained good condition and systematically. - Ensure that maintenance work be expedited to avoid the time delay and check the cause of the damage. - Recommend any improvement to Mould as needed. - Follow all ISO procedures. - To conduct training activities "Understudy" local from time to time. - Participate in Research and Development in the company in order to increase the capability of Mould and long lasting use. - Standby 24 hours and overtime if necessary.**Benefits**: - EPF - SOCSO - Annual Leave
