**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in setting up user accounts, passwords, and access rights across various systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems, including patching and software upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure accurate documentation of assets.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
- Document technical procedures and provide user guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors or external support teams when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive technical information securely and professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
