**Job Title: Restaurant Front of house/Barista**

**Location**: Ted’s, Bukit Jalil

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Job Summary**:
As a FOH Staff at Ted’s, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and quality presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, restrooms, and workstations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with attention to accuracy and security.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to create a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Support special events and catering as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Foreigner ALREADY in Malaysia or Malaysian can apply
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
