Job title : Event Roadshow Brand Ambassador

Location : MBMR (Near to Mid Valley City)

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that sales goals are achieved through active and effective marketing plans.
- Maintain and develop new and existing customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Recruit, train and coach the sales team.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

- Ability to match up with fast paced work life.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure meeting deadlines.
- Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team.
- Helps to interview, hire, manage and direct members of the company’s marketing and sales teams.
