**Job Scope**:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform installation and maintenance of workstations, printers, routers, and servers
- Handle remote support, ticketing system, and basic troubleshooting
- Onsite roles involve visiting customer premises for setup and issue resolution

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows, networking, and system hardware
- Able to communicate effectively and work independently
