Full Job Description
- Priority role will be managing clients' social media accounts and help with developing creative marketing campaigns or plans according to clients' budgets
- Support the brand & marketing team to perform marketing research, analyze and summarize the marketing results
- Act as a brand advocate to take care of the company’s brand and clients’ brands through our unique brand reputation management system
- Writing and proofreading marketing copies
- Handling customers' inquiries and manage clients’ relationships with prompt response to clients’ questions
- Working together with brand specialists, design team and art directors to construct an effective marketing message and brand direction
- Create, maintain and strengthen Company’s overall brand in all forms of media (creative and technical writing, online, print, and academics)
- Maintain and update customer databases

**Additional tasks**
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective. (Training will be provided in advance)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
