**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

*Read and understand Construction Technical Drawings, detail Scope of Work, Schedule, MTO as per given task.

*Plan and prepare minimum one month in advance Machinery, Testing and Measuring Equipment as per given task.

*Assist to prepare Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Work Method Statement & Risk Assessment (MSRA) for the project according to Client quality and HSE requirement.

*Perform project material inspection at source and prepare punch list and clearance.

*Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for Electrical and Instrument Systems and prepare punch list and clearance.

*Arrange and perform field inspection of Electrical and Instrument Installation and prepare punch list and clearance.

*Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings.

*Effective implementation and coordination of receiving inspection and disposition of non-conforming materials and equipment.

*Site QC inspection progress update and mitigation plan discussing In daily TBM and weekly meetings.

*Monitor and track Quality Observation Report (QOR), prepare for QOR closure as per Client and Rotary quality requirements.

*Managing and coordinating of subcontractors quality control & workmanship which engaged in the project.

*Monitoring and control of measuring and testing equipment calibration status and good for use condition.

*Prepare and submit project quality test packages according to Client turnover system requirements.

*To read and understand Client, contractor and vendor engineering documentation and electronic data to fully define the work scope in system packages that enable useful commissioning and start up work.

*To read and understand the complex engineering systems that involve the multitude of interconnected mechanical, piping, electrical, HVAC and control systems accompanied at times with associated modules, sub systems, controllers and instrumentation etc.

*To read and understand to identify and set the clear boundaries for each E&I system in order to ensure system completion works covers and minimize repeating works.

*Read and understand the sub division of technical code for process and non process systems related at E&I.

*Coordinate with other disciplines (eg, mechanical, piping, equipment) in order to complete their systems in time for E&I system completion process.

*To handle the closure of E&I test packs and punch items in time.

*Lead and coordinate with engineering & QC team for the update of system drawings (red line marp up) and the as built drawing for smooth handover of systems to client.

*Oversee and monitor liaise with own E&I construction/ QC/ pre-com team as well as other disciplines and follow up till the Construction Completion Certificate (CCC) and Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC) of E&I works pertaining to plant process and non-process systems.

*Understand the plant TOP systems, support technical assistance and coordination of relevant authorizes for the TOP process.
