The opportunity
Direct Lending mission’s is to make simple, safe and affordable financing accessible to every hardworking adult. We are on the lookout for loan consultants who are passionate to help people in getting financing that is most suited to them, have a customer-first mindset with good communication skills to join our current 10-member strong loan consultant team. The team has received over 1,500 5-star reviews from customers on Google Business Page and Facebook.

What will you be doing?
- Assist incoming customers throughout the loan process, from enquiry, checking loan eligibility, documentation to disbursement of funds
- Understand customers’ financing needs and recommend financing product that is most suitable to them. Follow-up diligently and delivering remarkable borrowing experience for each customer
- Identify and communicate feedback from customer with the team for continuous improvement
- Assist in marketing and brand awareness campaigns
- No cold calling required. Attend only filtered incoming inquiries from our online platform

- Customer-first mindset and keen to help people in solving their problems
- Attention to details, committed to work and keen to learn
- Possess good communication skills, patience and persistent
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Organised and able to follow-up cases in a dedicated manner. Result orientated
- Experience in customer services and/or credit will be an added advantage
- No finance and credit experience is welcome to apply. Training will be provided
- Fresh graduate with good communication skill is also welcome to apply
