Aircond Technician

**Job Scope**:
**1. Installation**
- Install residential and commercial air conditioning systems (split unit, ceiling cassette, centralized units, etc.).
- Perform electrical wiring for new A/C units, including proper connection to power supply, isolators, and control panels.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed systems.

**2. Maintenance & Servicing**
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems, including cleaning filters, checking gas pressure, and inspecting components.
- Identify and rectify system inefficiencies, leaks, or unusual noises.

**3. Troubleshooting & Repair**
- Diagnose faults in air conditioning systems and electrical circuits.
- Repair or replace faulty parts such as compressors, fan motors, PCB boards, and sensors.
- Conduct electrical testing (e.g., continuity, voltage, current checks) to ensure system integrity.

**4. Electrical & Wiring Work**
- Carry out electrical wiring for housing/ building and rewiring related to HVAC systems.
- Install and maintain control switches, thermostats, timers, relays, and capacitors.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

**5. Safety & Compliance**
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling refrigerants, tools, and electrical components.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical and building codes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance, electrical wiring (single-phase or three-phase), and air conditioning systems.
- Proven experience in both air conditioning and basic to intermediate electrical wiring.
- Relevant certifications in electrical or air conditioning are preferred.
- Must possess own transport.
- Strong skills in electrical wiring for residential buildings and air conditioning work.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday (half day): Only if there is urgent work

**Working Location**: Multi-Kinetic Technology, Batu Maung Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
