**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide an outstanding and personalized shopping experience for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through effective clienteling.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and expertise in styling to assist clients in making informed purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards and ensure a luxury shopping environment.
- Handle after-sales services, client follow-ups, and any inquiries with professionalism.
- Stay updated on brand heritage, product launches, and industry trends to enhance client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service**.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
