Spare Part Assistant Manager/ Spare Part Executive

Manage and lead spare parts team of Gintell Rest N go
- Manage the inventory and stock supplies at our warehouse
- Mantain stock at a level that enables internal servicing and maintenance/production department to complete their work without any delay.
- Monitor the stock movements and the stock availability according to the ISO standard.
- Analyses the storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyst daily spare parts request from the technical team.
- Work closely with supplier and technical team on any certain issues that involves qualities and product specifications.
- Preparing weekly and monthly related reports to upper management.
- Quality check when accepting the goods from supplier and ensure according to the quality standard.
- To ensure that department are functioning and able to work together with technical team.
- Responsible to check and audit the sub location when needed and make sure all the RNG locations are in a good condition.
Job Requirements:
- Posses Bachelor Degree and/or professional qualification Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- At least two or three years in Warehousing/ Inventory/ Automotive experiences.
- Have knowledge in handling mechanical devices/ machines maintenance such as massage chair or any other fitness product.
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytic skills
- Positive attitude and leadership skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
