**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensuring all Payroll transactions are processed efficiently for our crews.
- Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer’s social security, unemployment and workers compensation payments if necessary.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Assist in our crew manning arrangements if necessary.
- Performed any other duties as assigned by superior.
**Requirement**
- Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field of study.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in payroll.
- Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
