1. To ensure Hatten’s Rules and Regulations are strictly adhered to. 2. To perform ON & OFF building M&E operation system. 3. Attend/response to breakdown/emergency calls from tenants, customer and management promptly at all time. 4. Ventilate equipment and controls, to ensure all M&E equipment control system are in good and efficient operation. 5. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions. 6. Install, replace or repair equipment that has been damaged. 7. Inspects and maintain chilled water supply systems. 8. Conduct daily inspection routine on all M&E equipment. 9. Conduct daily inspection the status of AHU’s, chiller, FCU’s and pumps. 10. Repair minor damage and dysfunctional M&E equipment’s as and when necessary. 11. Diagnose causes of problem and/or failure of M&E system for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs. 12. To assist senior technician supervise any contractor works related to any mechanical, electrical and repair works within the complex. 13. To assist senior technician ensure no unauthorized renovations is carried out by tenants. 14. Daily inspect all pipes and domestics water systems and water tank. 15. Perform Preventive Maintenance as scheduled (i.e.: air-cond, lighting & signage’s, sewage piping, exhaust & grease traps, fountains etc). 16. To lead in Handyman’s job such as painting, plumbing, plastering etc. To ensure technician & handyman job is complete. 17. Assist in setting up event within the perimeter if the complex. 18. Maintain a professional courteous manner with tenants, customers, vendor, contractors and fellow employees. 19. Any other assignment that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the company from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum SPM or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of working experience in safety and security services or similar capacity. - Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris - Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic office equipment with computer.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
