RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for supporting all administrative function of a Business Unit:

- To carry out general office administrative tasks and Basic Accounting works. Tele and Media Communication, Handling Sales Documents, Tracking and Maintaining Records.
- To Create, Maintain and to Update General Files, Electronic and Physical Files
- To be able to operate office equipment
- To be able to organize works and practiced good housekeeping
- To carry out any other tasks as and when instructed by the management

MINIMUM RESOURCE REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SRP/SPM/Certificate/Diploma with at some relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality, Good Communication and Administrative skills

- Accountabilities: Matured, Self-Motivated, Disciplined, Good Time Management
- Able to follow instruction and work independent with minimum supervision
- Numeracy skills and attention to accuracy and details
