**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be based in the Contracts Department to assist in the execution of pre-contract and post-contract administration processes as well as cost control of projects.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO**:

- Prepare and compile necessary documents for calling of tender in accordance with tender and award schedule.
- Assist in preparation of budget monitoring report including updating of estimated final contract sum timely.
- Assist in the preparation of cost analysis based on latest market rate.
- Prepare and compile all documents for final account timely for superior’s review, including arrangement of negotiations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**:

- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or any other related field.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM750.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
