As an Outlet Supervisor at WEDRINK, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the outlet, leading the team, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring store profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Management**
- Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff to meet performance standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Conduct regular briefings to communicate goals and updates.

**Operational Efficiency**
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all products are prepared according to company SOPs.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet at all times.

**Inventory & Stock Control**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or wastage.
- Ensure timely ordering of supplies and stock rotation.
- Perform stock checks and reporting.

**Customer Service**
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Sales & Performance Monitoring**
- Monitor daily sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Help achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure all documentation (e.g. shift handovers, maintenance logs) is completed accurately.

**Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.

**Job Requirements**:
**Minimum Education**:

- SPM/STPM or equivalent. Diploma in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory role.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and store operations.
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Responsible, proactive, and hands-on.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good attitude and high level of integrity.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English

**Other Requirements**:

- Willing to work on shifts (including weekends/holidays).
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:
