**Facility & General Affair Officer - Rawang, Selangor**Responsibilities**:_
- **HR & ADMIN**_
- **1. **_To ensure factory & hostel surrounding cleanliness in good conditions according to hostel & Surrounding Checklist.

2. To monitor & upkeep company facilities & utilities Prestar Group of Company.
- Telephone network (incoming), Lot 1298.
- TNB & Water usage and data - office & factory, Lot 1298.
- Water dispenser hostel & factory, Lot 1298 & Lot 39.
- Electrical - office, hostel & surrounding, Lot 1298 & Lot 39.
- Office Building - Lot 1298 & Lot 39.
- Generator & Pump - Lot 1298 & Lot 39.
- Surrounding area cleanliness and landscaping Lot 1298 & Lot 39.

3. To in charge in Foreign workers’ welfare, & received new foreign workers.

4. To lead and organize campaign, competition, contest & other related activities.
- Sport Committee.
- Corporate Social Responsibility.

5. Assist in sending workers to clinic / bank / embassy / dispatch when necessary.

6. Assist in liaising with government authorities when necessary. MPS, BOMBA, & Police.
- **SECURITY**_

1. To monitoring on traffic movement.

2. To monitoring & checking on routine security guards’ attendance, performance and movement.

3. To enforce and monitor all in and out activity for all workers.

4. To update and checking on the security guard’s reports and clocking reports.
- **SAFETY**_

1. Responsible to upkeep and monitor all firefighting equipment for Lot 1298 & Lot 39 & Lot 3.

2. Responsible to arrangement with contractor for the routine inspection and servicing of the firefighting equipment.

3. To provide HIRARC for admin activity.

4. Assist ERT Training as per schedule.

5. Responsible to brief and monitor safety compliance for HR contractor.
- **Requirements**:_
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- With or without experience.
- Has leadership skills, repair work and handywork.
- Required Language(s): Hands on person, civil work.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Self-driven, initiative.
- Willing to work in factory environment and willing to learn.
