**What's your job look like**:
To manage and align Finance executives and plan out Finance operations to ensure financial performance management, accurate accounting, tax financing and cash flow management

**Key Accountabilities**
1. To review monthly management accounts and reports from FSSC, identify issues and advise FSSC to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computation for a company or a group of companies
2. To compile and prepare cash flow projections to achieve a clear understanding of the cash flow position of the company to ensure that the company’s commitments are met.
3. To review the auditor's report and minimize the number of audit adjustments.
4. To ensure completion of Development Expenditure Elimination in a timely manner in preparation for audit.
5. To prepare accurate tax estimation to avoid penalties and minimize overestimation, subsequently to submit tax returns.
6. To prepare loan papers and assist with related issues and loan documentation.
7. To review, administer and propose guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance as well as effectiveness.
8. To manage, appraise and develop the staff to cultivate a productive and effective Finance team.
9. To manage and supervise executives and talents to ensure the readiness of talent for succession and to maintain a leadership pipeline.
10. To coordinate, cooperate and coordinate with the UPCM(s), matrix team members and finance team to achieve timely completion of operational tasks.

**Who are we looking for?**
A Professional with a Degree in Accounting, ACCA, etc.
Preferable MIA member

Min 5 years working experience - 2 Years in Accounting, Audit firms and commercial.
Working experience with Property Developer will be an added advantage
