We're on the hunt for experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager & Restaurant Manager to lead our brand-new outlet opening at Sunshine Mall, Pulau Pinang If you're passionate about food, love creating memorable dining experiences, and thrive in a dynamic team environment, then we want to hear from you**

**At Nando’s we're not just about serving great food - we're about creating unforgettable moments. Our newly decorated theme restaurants are more than just places to eat; they're vibrant hubs of flavor, fun, and fantastic service.**

**_ We need your help on below:_**
- Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the restaurant team in delivering the Nando’s experience to our customers
- Ensure all operating standards are adhered on quality, service, cleanliness, and to improve internal control measures
- Plan and manage local store marketing activities and to implement national marketing campaign
- Increase restaurant performance through sales building, evaluate and control expenditure, actively pursue cost saving measures
- Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of restaurant team, able to train, coach and develop team members
- Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily / weekly / monthly reporting
- To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety

**_Requirements:_**
- Minimum1 year of working experiences as Assistant Restaurant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Restaurant Manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent for the position of Restaurant Manager.
- Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving, have high interest to make a great dining experience
- Strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, pro-active, resourceful, problem solving, decision making and result oriented
- Effective time management, delegation, ability to interpret financial data (Profit & Loss) and decisive on action
- Humble, always ready to listen and learn from others
- Able to grow and develop others, a natural leader and motivator
- Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all level
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
