**Job Descriptions**:
1. To lead, coordinate and control all workers at the site or factory and ensure that all work runs smoothly.

2. Responsible for planning, supervision and coordination of construction works and factory.

3. Supervise workers and ensure that they carries out the work as required.

4. Ensure site progress are in accordance to schedule.

5. Prepare daily work-progress report about work progress based on daily site progress.

6. To ensure all material received in good order.

7. Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.

8. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards and procedures.

9. Maintain project administration in correct and timely manner.

10. Ensure all daily operation at construction site run smoothly.

11. **Hard working and willing to travel.**

12. To carry out job responsibilities to other then above said duties.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

2. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Minimum 1-3 years in site experience in working on construction.

4. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

5. Outstanding leadership skills.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**~ Working Hours**: Monday - Saturday / 8.00 pagi - 5.00 petang
