Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our offshore Tax delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of tax professionals to deliver excellence in Tax compliance services and ensure seamless coordination between the offshore team in Malaysia and the onshore Singapore-based team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the offshore Tax team across multiple engagements;
- Oversee timely preparation, delivery of work and submission of corporate, personal, partnership and GST tax returns;
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Coordinate workflow and work allocation in collaboration with onshore teams;
- Assist in resolving technical tax issues and client queries through consultation with onshore counterparts;
- Drive knowledge transfer and training initiatives across the offshore team;
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, client confidentiality, and data protection standards;
- Support process improvement and automation efforts within the offshore team;
- Track and report team KPIs, utilization, and project statuses.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- 5 years or more of relevant tax experience, preferably with exposure to international clients (Big 4 or mid-tier firm background preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing tax teams or delivery centers.
- Deep understanding of corporate tax compliance, provision preparation, and workpaper management are preferred.
- Familiarity with tax compliance tools and platforms (e.g., Singtax) is preferred.
- Strong leadership, people management, and client service skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.

Pay: RM8,818.69 - RM27,501.80 per month
