Martial Arts Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing class plans in advance
- Teaching classes which will normally consist of warm up, skills training, conditioning, sparring, stretching and some lecturing - all in varying amounts on different days
- Monitoring and noting students’ progress, providing feedback for students on an individual and group basis where there is need for improvement/ grounds for reward
- Keeping up to date on personal skills and training
- Continuing study of martial arts theory and philosophy
- Administrative duties
- Partake in promotional activities from the team such as advertising, arranging new classes, demonstrations etc.
- Travelling to venues to give special workshops

**Requirements**:

- A high level of skill in the martial arts (National/International recognised qualification preferred)
- Excellent fitness
- Some anatomical knowledge
- Confidence speaking in front of an audience
- The ability to communicate complex ideas to a wide range of people
- The patience and passion to teach people of vastly differing physical ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: RM72,000.00 - RM108,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Only Vaccinated 14-days individuals are allowed. All airconds installed with hospital grade filters. Masks provided to all staff and members. Sanitization of equipment compulsory before and after use.
