**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations, invoices, POs, and delivery orders
- Coordinate with production & logistics team for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data
- Follow up with clients on artwork, approvals & payments
- Support the Sales Manager with daily tasks and client communication
- Introduce new OEM packages to potential clients (Earn commission)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma, preferably in Business/Admin or related
- Experience in skincare/cosmetic OEM industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills in BM & English
- Able to multitask, follow up proactively & work independently
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
