As an Accounts Executive, he/she is responsible to support the Accounts & Finance Department by performing monthly account & costing closing tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Responsible for day-to-day preparation, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditure, accounts payable and receivables.
- Able to handle and maintain complete records of all financial transactions according.
- Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements and statements.
- Generate daily invoices, debit note & credit note.
- Ensure all receipts and invoices are entered into system and cash book.
- Verification of supplier invoice and Customer’s payments
- Prepare cheque & documentation for payment and petty cash reimbursement
- Ensure timely & accurate month closing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Manufacture of Rubber Seal & Rubbers part for electric & electrical industry.
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
