**Job Title: IT Trainer**

**Job Description: IT Trainer - Content Creation (50-70%)**
- Creation of content for presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) and eLearning courses (Storyline 360, Rise 360).
- Development of trainings (ILT, eLearnings).
- Creation of articles, guides, news, and posts for corporate and internal pages.
- Research of new features.
- Training Delivery (10% approx)
- Delivery of ILT trainings both online and in person.

**Technological stack**:

- Microsoft Teams.
- SharePoint.
- OneDrive.
- Planner.
- SharePoint Lists.
- OneNote.
- Forms
- Copilot.
- Newcomers IT training.

**Other Tasks (20% approx)**
- LMS management and support.
- Adhoc tasks.

**Technological stack**:

- Microsoft 365 and office.
- Articulate Suite (Storyline, Rise, etc.).
- Knowledge of Generative AI technologies (E.g., Copilot, ChatGPT...).
- Synthesia.
- Klaxoon.
- Kahoot.
- Audacity.
- Camtasia.
- Useful knowledge
- Project management (Agile, Scrum...).
- Knowledge Management.
- Technical knowledge in different areas (software development, databases...)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT Trainer: 2 years (required)
- Creation of content for presentations (e.g., PowerPoint): 1 year (required)
- eLearning courses (Storyline 360, Rise 360).: 1 year (required)
- trainings (ILT, eLearnings).: 1 year (preferred)
- OneNote, Forms, Copilot.: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner,SharePoint: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft 365 and office.: 1 year (preferred)
- Articulate Suite (Storyline, Rise, etc.): 1 year (preferred)
- Generative AI technologies (E.g., Copilot, ChatGPT): 1 year (preferred)
