**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Verify billing data and correct any errors before processing
- Maintain updated records of accounts receivable and billing activity
- Respond to billing inquiries from clients and internal teams
- Reconcile billing accounts and assist with month-end closing
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Familiarity with billing software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
- Strong math and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Available to start immediately
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
