**Patient Care**:

- Provide nursing care in accordance with medical instructions.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- **Medical Records Management**:

- Accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Prepare daily reports and update the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- **Health Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Support health awareness campaigns and community outreach programs.
- **Clinical Management**:

- Prepare treatment rooms and assist in medical procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of medical equipment and tools.
- **Teamwork & Professional Conduct**:

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Comply with nursing ethics, clinic/hospital policies, and safety protocols.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **Diploma or Degree in Nursing** from a recognized institution.
- **Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM)**.
- **Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)**.
- Compassionate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on **shifts, weekends, and public holidays**.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
